Refund policy
Items bought on DaintyByBey.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
Please note that all Clearance items, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are Final Sale. Items purchased during major sales (Anniversary, Birthday Black Friday) May not be returned or exchanged.
In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.
Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
