Refund policy

We want you to love your DaintyByBey purchase. Please carefully review our return policy before submitting a return request.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items purchased from DaintyByBey.com may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Returned merchandise must be free of:

  • Stains or makeup
  • Deodorant or perfume
  • Self-tanner
  • Pet hair
  • Odors or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please email Daintydollreturns@yahoo.com within 7 days of your delivery date.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return in your email.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Approved returns will be issued as DaintyByBey merchandise credit. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the cost of your prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

Please allow time for your return to be received, inspected, and processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Items purchased during select major promotional sales, including Anniversary, Birthday, and Black Friday sales, may also be final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at Daintydollreturns@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos showing the damage or defect so our team can review your request.

Once reviewed and approved, we will assist you with a return or exchange when applicable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.

International returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
